Room Rentals

We offer several meeting & event spaces for rent. You can bring your own food or have our Y Eatery cater your event! Our large and small meeting rooms are perfect for groups of 5 to 250. Hold your board meeting, workshop, wedding, reception, lecture, or resource fair here.

Renting is Easy!

  1. Check out the room options below.
  2. Click on the button above.
  3. Select the length of time for your room rental.
  4. Choose between a 1-hour, 4-hour, or full day rental.
  5. Choose the room you want to request.
  6. Provide your contact information.
  7. Tell us a little about the event, and if you need extra chairs, tables, or equipment like a podium.
  8. Click the “Request Now!” button.

After you submit your request, you will receive an auto-generated confirmation email. You will  receive a second email when your request is approved or cancelled, or if further information is needed.

You may be contacted by a YMCA staff person to confirm the details of your request or to seek further information about your group/organization before your request is approved.



Note: Rentals are subject to our Building Policy. We prioritize use of our building by those whose objectives are consistent with our mission.
Did you know: University YMCA affiliated Student Organizations can request to rent a room for free.

Murphy Lounge & Gallery

Murphy Lounge and Gallery serves the home to the Art @ the Y program. This beautiful first floor space features east facing windows, a fireplace, and rotating art exhibitions. Perfect for receptions, lectures, and large group meetings.

Base Rate: $200 - $250

Setup Fee: $50

Room Dimensions: 25' x 48' (1200 SF)

Capacity: 60 – 75

Free Wi-Fi; Tables and Chairs Provided; A/V setup available

Latzer Hall

Our largest event and meeting space is great for weddings, lectures, resource fairs, large film screenings, dinners and performances.

Base Rate: $300 - $425

Setup Fee: $50

Room Dimensions: 35' x 64' (1750 SF)

Capacity: 50 – 225

Free Wi-Fi; Round or Rectangular Tables with chairs provided
Projector, screen and sound system included

Speaker/presentation platform also available.

Board Room

Perfect for meetings and small workshops. This historic space features a large oak conference table and chairs. A wall-mounted screen is available at no additional charge. Air-conditioned.

Base Rate: $50 – $100

Setup fee: $15

Room Dimensions: 20’x28’ (560 SF)

Capacity: 30
