Jackie Aguayo

Jackie is a first-generation senior, double majoring in Political Science and Latina/o Studies with a minor in Legal Studies. She is this year’s Student Board President at the University YMCA, where she is eager to connect students, organizations and alumni to the Y! She also currently serves as a Student Programming Coordinator at La Casa Cultural Latina where she is committed to serving the students through community events, cultural celebrations, and upholding a legacy of activism and advocacy. During the 2024-2025 school year, Jackie served as the Co-Vice President of Activism of the Illinois Coalition Assisting Undocumented Students Education (I-CAUSE) and has served as an active member of La Colectiva. In her free time, Jackie enjoys traveling, reading, and volunteering in her community!
